Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom settings
• Offer personalized 1:1 or small-group support as directed by educators
• Help students navigate routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans, including IEP guidance when necessary
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care tasks
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Basic Requirements (School Compliance):

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test in accordance with school policy
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date or willing to obtain required background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented approach
