What You'll Do:

• Offer 1:1 or small-group academic, behavioral, and social support in the classroom

• Implement behavior support plans and support IEP-related needs where applicable
• Help with supervision, student mobility, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if required
• TB test completed per district standards
• School compliance clearances (current or willing to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• A dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
