Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 assistance to students as directed by school staff and teachers
• Support students medical, behavioral, and social needs in classroom and school settings
• Assist with mobility, daily routines, and transitions throughout the school day
• Offer personal care support and maintain student safety and dignity
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Current TB test (per district regulations)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current background clearances, or ability to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPR, G-Tube, or Trach (helpful, but not required)
• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
