Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support as guided by educators
• Help students with routines, transitions, and participation in class activities
• Implement behavior plans and follow outlined IEPs when required
• Offer assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for learning

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to meet district requirements for a current TB test
• Capable of standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with lifting
• All compliance clearances up to date (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background working in schools, special education, behavioral support, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training with CPI, PMT, or RBT is beneficial, though not required
• Reliable, flexible, and a team-focused attitude
