As an Instructional Aide Substitute, you'll collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to ensure every student receives the support and encouragement they need. Work one-on-one or in small groups to assist with academics, social skills, and classroom routineshelping create a safe and inclusive classroom experience.

What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group academic and behavioral support
• Aid students with daily classroom activities, routines, and transitions
• Follow behavior support plans and IEP directives as necessary
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs according to student requirements
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe learning space for all
• Support teachers in reinforcing learning objectives and engagement

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (district required)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date or willing to obtain necessary clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (welcome but not required)
• Dependable, compassionate, collaborative, and adaptable approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
