What Youll Do:

• Provide hands-on support to teachers and enhance daily classroom activities
• Assist students individually or in small groups, fostering academic growth
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Reinforce behavioral expectations and classroom routines
• Follow teacher-prepared lesson plans and instructions
• Offer IEP-related or specialized support to students with special needs
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and non-instructional times
• Adapt quickly to different grades, staff teams, and student needs

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required (associates degree or higher is a plus)
• Satisfactory background check as per Minnesota state protocols
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and independence in new classroom environments
• Dependability in accepting and fulfilling assigned shifts
• Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in supporting children
• Experience in school or child-centered roles preferred
• Familiarity with special education or classroom management is a bonus
• CPR/First Aid certification highly valued (or willingness to obtain)
