Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or supporting students in a school setting preferred
• Ability to assist in classroom instruction and provide individualized or group support
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and staff
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude working with children of varying needs and backgrounds
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques is beneficial
• Ability to follow teacher direction and school policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by assisting in the implementation of instructional activities
