Support the academic, behavioral, and social development of students in a dynamic school environment with flexible per diem opportunities as an Instructional Aide. These positions involve working 1:1 or with small groups under the direction of teachers and school staff, providing essential assistance that helps students thrive within the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Assist students individually or in small groups as directed by educators
• Help with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class activities
• Implement behavior support plans and follow individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed
• Provide supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care support
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass TB test as per school requirements
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Clearances must be current or obtained before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in special education, behavioral health, child care, or school settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative team approach
