Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially throughout the school day
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group guidance as directed by teachers and school personnel
• Assist with classroom participation, daily routines, and smooth transitions
• Follow behavior support plans and implement IEP accommodations when needed
• Provide supervision for mobility, personal care, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment
• Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere that promotes student growth

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test clearance (per district requirement)
• Ability to assist with lifting, standing, and walking as needed
• Willingness to obtain all required school clearances prior to start date

Preferred Experience:

• Background in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience appreciated but not required
• Consistently reliable, patient, and collaborative in teamwork
