What You'll Do:

• Assist with personal care, mobility, and supervision as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• TB test as required by district guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Active school clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior involvement in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is an asset, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and team-focused approach
