Per Diem Teacher Assistant - Roseville, California

Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide essential classroom support in school-based settings near Roseville, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 or small-group academic, behavioral, and social assistance under educator guidance
• Aid students with classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assist with mobility, classroom supervision, and personal care tasks
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test in accordance with district policy
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting when necessary
• Up-to-date or obtainable background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
