Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Rosamond, California

Youll have the chance to:

• Guide students both academically and socially within classroom settings.
• Offer personalized assistance to individuals or small groups as directed by teachers and staff.

To be considered for school-based roles, youll need:

• A high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• Evidence of TB testing (per school requirements).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed.
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting).

Preferred experience includes:

• Supporting students in educational, special needs, or behavioral health settings.
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (but not required).
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
