Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Rosamond, California

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within the classroom
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed
• Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students IEPs as needed
• Aid in mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting during the school day
• TB test in accordance with school requirements
• Current clearances (or willingness to complete prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is valued
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset
