As an Instructional Aide, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students with daily classroom participation, routines, and transitions
• Assist with mobility needs, personal care, and general supervision
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs where applicable
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, walk, and physically assist students when needed
• TB test (in line with district policies)
• All required clearances current, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (not mandatory)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
