Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEP guidelines as needed
• Provide mobility support, supervision, and personal care if required
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational environment

Requirements (School Compliance):

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Current TB test in compliance with school requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Active clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative professional attitude
