Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

Be the difference in a students school day! Flexible per diem roles are now available for compassionate professionals eager to support learners in educational settings. As an Instructional Aide Sub, youll provide 1:1 or small-group assistance to students, offering academic, social, and behavioral support within K-12 classrooms based on school coverage needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in the classroom
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Aid students with routines, transitions, and achieving classroom participation
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current TB test (per district requirements)
• Able to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain or provide current school clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative work style

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
