Instructional Aide Substitute | School-Based | Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

In this school-based role, you'll provide essential support to students, working 1:1 or with small groups, and ensure each school day is a positive learning experience. As a compassionate professional, you'll have flexible opportunities to fit your schedule, covering shifts as needed within a supportive educational environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom settings
• Support students individually or in small groups, as directed by teachers and staff
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and integration within classroom activities
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure adherence to students IEPs
• Assist with mobility support, supervision, and personal care when necessary
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all learners

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain a TB test per school requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Ability to complete or update school clearances before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in settings such as schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous (not required)
• Reliable, positive attitude, and works well in a team

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.38 to $30.38. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
