What Youll Do:

Requirements to Get Started:

• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18
• Ability to pass a TB test (according to school guidelines)
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift or assist students if required
• Willingness to obtain all necessary clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and a positive team player
