Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Active ParaPro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or at least 36 college credits.
• Minimum age of 18.
• TB test in accordance with school requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed.
• Ready to obtain or update all necessary background clearances.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus, not mandatory).
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude.
