Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one support for students as guided by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with medical needs, daily routines, and successful classroom inclusion
• Provide behavioral and social support to foster a respectful, safe environment
• Help facilitate transitions, participation, and engagement in classroom activities
• Support personalized care and mobility to meet students varied needs
• Maintain accurate compliance with school protocols and guidelines

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current or willing to obtain TB test according to district regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as required
• Clearance to work in schools (must be current or obtained before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• History of employment in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special needs
• Familiarity with CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care a plusthough not mandatory
• Active, valid RN license
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach
