Per Diem Instructional Assistant - Riverside, CA

What Youll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 support to students in classroom and school settings
• Assist with medical, behavioral, and social needs as directed by school staff
• Support students daily routines, transitions, and engagement in classroom activities
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere for everyone

What Youll Need:

• Active RN license required
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Current TB test in compliance with school requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Able to obtain or update required clearances prior to start

Preferred Background:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
• Knowledge of supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience welcomed but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
