Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as directed by educators and school staff
• Guide students through daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and follow IEPs, as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and occasional personal care requirements
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning space for all students

Requirements (To Work in Schools):

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per school regulations)
• Ability to be on your feet, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Willingness to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed but not mandatory
• Shows reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude
