Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Per Diem Roles

Position Highlights:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or with small groups, under teacher and staff direction
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and encourage classroom participation
• Support and implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as required
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as needed
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all students

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test in accordance with district requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Background working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT helpful but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
