Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group support under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, participation, and engagement
• Follow behavior support plans and IEPs as applicable
• Offer supervision, mobility, and, when needed, personal care support
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment

Required Background:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Up-to-date (or willing to obtain) TB test and clearances as required by schools
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Work history in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, caring, and collaborative approach
