Key Responsibilities:

• Support the academic, behavioral, and social needs of students in classrooms.
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance as directed by educators and school staff.
• Assist students in daily routines, transitions, and encourage active classroom participation.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed.
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care for students.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• TB test, as required by the district.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary.
• Up-to-date or willing to obtain required clearances.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings.
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude.
