Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to obtain (or already hold) PA Act 34 Criminal Background, PA Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance, and PA Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting
• TB test as per district requirements
• Physically able to assist with student mobility and occasional lifting
• Experience in educational settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care is preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience beneficial but not required
• Dependable, compassionate, and willing to collaborate with school teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support in classrooms
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student participation
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when necessary
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
