Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide vital support to students in school settings on a flexible, per diem basis. Position Highlights:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally within the classroom environment
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group assistance as directed by teachers or school staff
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and adhere to student IEPs when applicable
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Help maintain an encouraging, safe, and inclusive atmosphere

School Compliance Requirements:

• Must hold a high school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test compliant (per district; required before starting)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, child care, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Previous support of students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus, but not required)
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach
