What Youll Do:

• Provide individualized or small group assistance to students as directed by certified staff
• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments
• Assist with classroom participation, daily routines, transitions, and personal care needs
• Implement and adhere to behavior support plans and student IEPs as required
• Encourage a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere
• Supervise student mobility throughout the school day

Whats Needed for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 years or older
• Current TB test as required by district
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to submit up-to-date clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Familiarity with supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges highly valued
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not mandatory
• Reliability, patience, and strong teamwork skills
