Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings

Required for Employment in Pennsylvania Schools:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current or willingness to obtain PA Act 34 Criminal Background Check
• PA Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• PA Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting
• TB test as required by the district
• Reliable physical ability to remain on your feet and assist with lifting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (helpful, but not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and strong team collaborator
