Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and staff to deliver 1:1 or small-group support to students in the classroom

• Support mobility, supervision, and, when necessary, personal care for students
• Foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive classroom culture

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• TB test in compliance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and support lifting as required
• Up-to-date clearance or willingness to secure prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare environment
• Background working with students with disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT standards (a plus, not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and positive team attitude
