In this as-needed position, youll have the chance to make a significant impact by:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Providing direct 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Supporting students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implementing behavior support plans and following IEPs as needed
• Aiding with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test in compliance with district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to obtain or provide current school compliance clearances
• Preferred: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care; CPI, PMT, or RBT background (not required); experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges; reliable and patient with a collaborative spirit
