What Youll Do:

• Provide direct academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by classroom teachers or staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and participation throughout the school day
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidelines when appropriate
• Assist with student supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as needed
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test (aligned with district policies)
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearance or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, childcare, special education, or behavioral health
• Background supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Dependable, team-focused, and patient attitude
