Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
• Current TB test required per district regulations
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting students as needed
• Willingness to obtain necessary school clearances prior to starting
• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Comfort supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials welcome but not required
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Uphold individualized education and behavior plans as directed
• Help maintain a secure, respectful classroom setting
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care as necessary
