Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide proof of TB test in accordance with district policy
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain required documentation before start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (not required, but a plus!)
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups under the direction of school staff
• Supporting academic, social, and behavioral growth in classroom settings
• Implementing IEPs and behavior plans as directed
• Helping with daily routines, classroom transitions, and personal care when needed
• Upholding a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students
