Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in classroom routines, transitions, and daily participation

• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring every child feels respected

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18
• TB test in accordance with district protocols
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help lift when necessary
• All school-required clearances, current or to be obtained before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT backgrounds valued, but not required
• Reliability, patience, and teamwork are essential
