Classroom Aide subs are now being hired for school-based, per diem opportunities. Passionate about helping students thrive? What youll do:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom settings
• Support students during daily activities, routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEP guidelines where applicable
• Ensure students mobility and personal care needs are met
• Foster a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test, per district requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to secure them before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Exposure to working with students who have special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued but not required
• Patience, reliability, and a strong team orientation
