What Youll Do:

• Assist studentsindividually or in small groupswith classroom participation and academic tasks
• Provide support for daily routines, transitions, and social skills
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, inclusive, and engaging learning space
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain positive communication with teachers and school staff

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete TB testing per district guidelines
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current school-compliant clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to start

These qualities are preferred but not required:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative outlook
