Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to pass a TB test in accordance with district policies
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Comfort supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Helpful but not required: CPI, PMT, or RBT experience
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
