As a valued member of the school community, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by licensed teachers and staff
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and engagement in learning activities
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks for students
• Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning climate

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test per district guidelines
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Must meet all required school clearances before start (can be obtained upon offer)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral and communication challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods is a plus (not required)
• Dependable, collaborative, and adaptable team player
