What You'll Contribute:

• Provide individualized 1:1 and small-group support under the guidance of certified teachers and school personnel
• Assist students in classroom participation, daily routines, and smooth transitions throughout the school day
• Implement specific behavior support strategies and follow IEPs to ensure learners progress
• Supervise, encourage, and assist with personal care and mobility needs as required
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning community

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to meet school compliance standards, including current TB test and required clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting or movement
• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or child care settings preferred
• Background with special needs, autism, or behavioral interventions is a plus
• Calm under pressure, compassionate, and a collaborative mindset
• Certifications like CPI, PMT, or RBT are beneficial but not mandatory
