Per Diem Classroom Assistant | Oceanside, California

A per diem opportunity is available for a paraprofessional to support student learning in a school environment located in Oceanside, CA. This role provides essential assistance to classroom teachers by helping students with instructional activities, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and supporting individualized educational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• Support students with special needs in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching staff
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in educational settings as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role
