Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments.
• Offer individualized or small-group assistance, following guidance from teachers and staff.
• Help students with routines, transitions, and active participation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and implement aspects of IEPs as needed.
• Support mobility and supervision, including personal care when required.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere, fostering respect and engagement among all students.

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 18 years of age.
• TB test as per school requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance.
• Willingness to obtain all required background clearances.
• Strong sense of reliability, patience, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued, but not required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
