Per Diem Teacher Aide | Oceanside, California

What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per local requirements)
• Current or in-process clearances before starting
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
