Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance under the direction of teachers and staff
• Assist students with classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain an inclusive and respectful learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current or willingness to obtain required TB test and school clearances prior to start

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented character
