Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support for students in classroom settings
• Assist teachers and school staff in daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs with care, as directed
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test required (per district requirements)
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting when necessary
• Willing to obtain or maintain current school compliance clearances prior to your start date

Preferred Experience:

• Previous background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials (a plus, but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and a collaborative mindset
