Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Current TB test (aligned with district requirements)
• Able to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as necessary
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Work within a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environment
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (helpful but not required)
• Patient, reliable, and cooperative approach
