Youll have the chance to work directly with students in a 1:1 capacity, supporting their daily routines and collaborating with teachers to encourage optimal learning. Choose shifts that fit your schedule, accepting assignments only when they work for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive assistance to students in classroom environments, both academically and behaviorally
• Work one-on-one and in small groups as directed by teachers or staff
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, supervision, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as needed
• Offer mobility and personal care support to students when required
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Negative TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as needed
• Background check clearances (must be current or willing to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach
