What Youll Do:

• Deliver individualized or small-group academic and behavioral support as directed by school staff
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Support implementation of IEPs and behavior plans as applicable
• Help students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Create and maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years of age
• Clear TB test results (as required by schools)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with mobility needs
• Willingness to pass all required background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Work in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is valuable
• Credentials such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus
• Candidates who are reliable, patient, and team-oriented are encouraged to apply
