What Youll Do:

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to support classroom participation
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social needs
• Help implement behavior support plans and IEPs as instructed
• Guide students through transitions, routines, and mobility needs
• Provide supervision and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• TB test compliance (per district regulations)
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Background working with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (not required but valued)
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and patience
