• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain all required clearances before starting

• Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral concerns
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (not mandatory)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
